(More customer reviews)The DVD shrink process does not work properly. It is supposed to shrink double layer DVDs to single layer. The resulting file will not fit on a single layer DVD. Worse, when reporting this to technical support, despite receiving auto acknowledgement of my report, they have ignored 3 attempts over 3 weeks to address the problem. Stay away from this product.
