(More customer reviews)Not only is this the scariest game I have ever played, it might also be the most amazing game I have every played. Its got the whole deal: playability, variety, environment, challenge, graphics, acting (believe it or not), and scare-factor. This game continued to surprise and scare me until the last level, which was highly creative, but a little thematically incongruent with the rest of the game, but brilliant design and graphics, all the same.
The graphics detail continually amazes me, and this game is about 6 years old!

This game is scary as hell!
This game also scores high in the "get evil" category. Towards the end, your character is running around with a magic sythe that can decapitate two or three monsters at once, and an attack spell that summons a shrieking flaming skull from out of the ground, and when released, the skull laughs hysterically as it shoots across the room and explodes on contact. This game is fairly nuts/distrubed/twisted/bent/"completely sideways".
