(More customer reviews)Before purchasing this product, go to the Cricut website and download the sample/trial version of their software which allows you to upgrade your firmware on the Cricut. You have to have upgraded firmware on your Cricut machine before you can use Sure Cuts A Lot. My computer would not allow me to upgrade to the new firmware. I called Cricut but they were not helpful. The seller would not give me a refund of the Sure Cuts Alot even though I was not able to use it. I took my Cricut and the Sure Cuts Alot to a friend's house and her computer allowed me to upgrade the firmware. It works fine now. Just make sure you can upgrade your firmware before you purchase this product.
