(More customer reviews)This product does not live up to the scholarly level of quality that one expects from Oxford. The software company FINGER used to run the program does not offer a 1-800 number for technical support...I thought this product might be compatable to Encarta Encyclopedia...not even close! Do not purchase this software...purchase Encarta or Britanica; and make sure the software is not operated by FINGER. Shame on Oxford for allowing their name and reputation to be tarnished!

DK Children's Encyclopedia Review

(More customer reviews)I had bought my laptop last year using XP. Thinking that it shouldn't be any problem to install this product on a NEW computer. However, I was wrong. It keeps prompt to me that my sound sound card is not properly install. I tried the troubleshooting in the readme.txt. Yet still not working. I had at least 10 educational software and games in my pc, and so far this is the ONLY ONE that CANNOT be install.
