(More customer reviews)I decided to try this when my Sansa clip LCD failed. As I disliked some of the media organisation of the clip, maybe this would be better. Not even close. Very poor access design, low res lcd screen and non intuitive button use. I simply could not get it to play simple mp3 files. 3rd rate documentation was no help. Going back to the Clip.
