(More customer reviews)I ordered this product on June 6th and keep getting delays on shipment on this item. One that I received weeks ago said that the item was on hand and would be shipped, but later got one that said there was going to be a delay on shipment. What's going on here. I have been ordering from you guys for a long time and have in the past recommended you to lots of friends and family. Please let me know the problem, I really need this product.
