It isn't particularly intuitive to navigate through but it does a "sector by sector" back-up that restores absoutely everything exactly the way the computer was when the back-up was made. I've only ever had to use it once on my daughter's computer. It was very slow to restore through a USB but it did a perfect job of restoring the entire hard drive. I give it a five because it did a perfect job which is worth the several hour wait considering the alternative.
