(More customer reviews)So I purchased these because it looked cute, I needed a case apart from the rest of my loved ones, one in particular who breaks headphones for a living and because they said they were "Metal Purple", which led me to believe it was a sturdy METAL case..
well, that misleading title is the actual "color" I was told by the Amazon rep.... although, it mentions only that it is "Purple" in the description.. Upon arrival, not only was the "Metal Purple" case NOT METAL, it was all marked up like it had been dropped a few hundred times, there even seems to be SOMEONE'S FINGERPRINT IN THE FINISH!!! I was AMAZED how poorly this thing is constructed, on top of the fact it is not metal, and the finish is all torn up it would have cost Amazon more to ship it back than to just refund me.. guess which they did..
so I kept it, which was very nice of them, they are extraordinary as far as customer service, that is why I shop here for nearly 100% of our hard-lines, electronics, batteries, diapers, so forth, I have my eye on a car seat when my daughter hits the mark and we have to replace ours due to the weight limit, I buy absolutely everything on amazon I can, even some of our groceries, their customer service is to be admired.. I am a huge advocate of AVOIDING WAL-MART AT ALL COST because I hate their store, I'm not going there, I know it's controversial, my oldest also works at Target, so there is a little bias there sorry..
I am hoping they also REMOVE THE WORD METAL from the description, the darn thing is not metal..
