(More customer reviews)I bought this software hoping it would help me design woodworking projects. It comes preloaded with a bunch of plans like shelves, birdhouses etc. You can make changes to the plans and the program will show you a cut list and drawings. Sounds great doesnt it? Just try designing something from scratch. I have tried a dozen times and get so frustrated I have to shut the program down for awhile. I am guessing that if you are proficient in autocad or something similar you could use this software. There are a few tutorials with it but they are text only. No pictures and no animations. I even emailed the manufacturer and asked and they said the only tutorials available are those that come with the program. I am not particularly thrilled with the preloaded plans either. My money would have been better spent on a book of plans. If you understand terms like point relative, point xy, point polar, and gravity move then this software might work for you. I am so baffled it makes my head hurt.
