I found this game to be very similiar to the real show. The characters and the sound effects are great. This game takes you and the gang to a spooky medieval castle in Nova Scotia where you help solve the mystery of the missing Princess, but watch out for the Phantom Knight, who can appear when you least expect it! Find clues, talk to suspects, explore the castle, earn Scooby Snacks by playing games! The Scooby Snacks are used to bribe Scooby to explore a scary area of the castle. Plenty of challenging games and puzzles to solve to help the kids build their thinking and problem solving skills. There are three difficulty levels in the game and a little Scrappy Doo icon at the bottom of the screen that you can click on and ask questions if you need help. The game is geared toward 5-10 year olds. I think it should be geared to 7-60 year olds! I thought it was really fun but my 5 year old nephew found it frustrating to solve the mystery, however, he was fascinated with the color and sound effects. The game holds your interest and makes you want to come back for more. In fact, don't tell my nephew but I can't wait to play it before he comes home from school! Shhh!
